Terms and Conditions
Any payment made constitutes full knowledge,
acceptance and agreement of all Terms and Conditions by the customer.
Reservations and Payments:
Regularly scheduled tours: A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is
required within 7 days of reservation. Final
payment is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. If for any reason your
balance payment is not received by then, we reserve the right to cancel the
booking and to access the appropriate cancellation charges. All rates are
guaranteed after full payment. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to
departure, full payment is required. In addition, rush fees of 10% and 20% of
the tour price are charged for bookings made less than 20 and 10 days prior to
departure respectively. Any reservations made 10 days or less prior to departure
must be paid with a cashier's check or wired. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
Private Tour Groups: Each private tour has
differing requirements depending on usage of flights, ferries, hotels and
services. Accordingly each will require different deposits and payment schedule.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. An example: A non-refundable deposit of
$1,000 (which will be applied towards the tour package) is
required to make a custom design tour. Once the itinerary has been approved, a
date is set for a minimum of $400 non-refundable reservation deposit from each guest.
Normally 50% of the remaining balance is due six months before and the remaining
balance is due 60 days before the tour starts. Some service providers such as
airlines, hotels, gulet/yacht charters, etc. may require additional deposits
and/or early payments to secure the reservation and quoted price. Accordingly
such payments will be relayed to the group leader. If for any reason payment is not received
on time, we and/or the service providers reserve the right to cancel the
booking and to access the appropriate cancellation charges. Returned checks are subject to a
Responsibility and Limitation of Liability: To My Turkey, Inc. acts as an intermediary
agent for some service providers and does not own or operate hotels,
gulets, cruise ships, restaurants, transportation vehicles and other tour
operations. To My
Turkey, Inc. and its agents shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or
injury to a person or property, caused directly or indirectly by reason of any
negligence or wrongful act of any hotel, transportation company or any provider
of services and facilities or its agents and employees or by reason of
circumstances including any inconvenience, accident, mishap, delay or expense.
The customer waives any claims against To My Turkey, Inc. and its agents,
irrespective of the cause, any damage to or loss of property or injury to or
illness of or deaths of persons including any act of omission or negligence or
delays of any direct carrier, hotel, or other service provider rendering any of
the services and accommodations offered and, any acts of nature or other. Airline
Clause: The passenger ticket contains and constitutes the sole contract
between the airline carrier and the ticket purchaser and/or passenger. Right
of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person
as a tour participant should such person's health, mental condition, physical
infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights,
welfare or enjoyment of other tour participants. Other: All claims must
be written and received within 30 days after the end of our services. In case of
an unresolved dispute of a trip, litigation will be settled in the jurisdiction
of Palm Beach County under Florida law.
Very rarely, due
to circumstances beyond our control, accommodations or other services offered
might be substituted with comparable or best available alternative. A
site/museum may be closed due to dignitary visits, restoration or its schedule. Slight
modifications to the itinerary sequence are at the discretion of the tour guide
or driver or captain.
Change Fee: A change fee of $50 per person will apply to any
changes made by the customer after a deposit has been made. This is in addition
to the charges or penalties which may be assessed by the airline carrier for
reissue of tickets and other charges imposed by other suppliers. Customers are
responsible to ensure that the names printed on the invoice match exactly their
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in
writing along with any documents supplied. The date To My Turkey, Inc. receives
it, is the effective cancellation date. All cancellations, for any reason, are
subject to $200 administrative fee per person and the following cancellation fee
plus any air carrier penalties.
Regularly scheduled tours:
44 to 31 days prior to departure: 25% of tour
30 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of tour
14 to 3 days prior to departure: 75% of tour
2 days prior to departure or no-shows: 100% of
tour price (no refunds).
Private Tour Groups
For private tours, there may be additional cancellation fees due to the
terms & conditions of the service providers such as hotels, airline carrier,
ship, etc. At a minimum, expect the following cancellation charges:
up to 121 days prior to departure: 25% of tour
120 to 61 days prior to departure: 50% of tour
60 to 15 days prior to departure: 75% of tour
14 days or less to departure or no-shows: 100% of
tour price (no refunds).
All arrangements are on an all inclusive basis,
hence no refund can be considered for any absence from the tour or for any
Insurance: We strongly recommend the purchase of
comprehensive travel insurance that includes but is not limited to your trip
cancellation and interruption, lost, stolen or damaged baggage or travel
documents, and personal health, injury and pre-existing medical condition
exclusion waiver. For your

Prices Do Not Include: Unless otherwise stated, the following are not
included: Items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone, drinks, bottled
water and food (other than the offered menu), passport and visa fees, insurance of any kind,
excess baggage charges, air transportation, airport taxes and other items not
mentioned as being included. Customary tips to the tour guide and driver are
left to your discretion.
Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the vehicles.
Customers requiring any form of assistance must be accompanied by an individual
who is responsible for providing assistance throughout the tour and must notify
us in writing when making their reservations.
Entire Agreement Severability: If any part of this agreement is held
unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of this agreement will nevertheless
remain in force and effect.
